Our conference centre in Cornwall is situated just off the county’s main link road, the A30, at Summercourt. This makes our venue easily accessible and ideally located – just 1 minute from the dual carriageway, 20 minutes by car from Newquay airport and an equal distance from Truro train station. 

For those needing public transport, the bus stop is just outside of our site at Chapel Parc. We also have free parking with easy wheelchair access into the building. Together, this makes us one of the most accessible conference centres in Cornwall.

Conference Facilities FAQ

Why are you better than other conference venues in Cornwall?
Our centre is a gorgeous, modern building that was purposely constructed in a central Cornwall location. Easy to get to by car or public transport and close to both Truro and the Newquay airport, we’re proud to be the most accessible and technologically impressive conference venue in the county.

What are your opening times?
Our business hours are 8:30am-5:30pm on weekdays, but our facilities are available for weekend bookings as well. Contact us to design your unique event and we’ll do what we can to facilitate you.

How long in advance can I set up the conference room for my event?
There’s no cut-off point for booking a conference room – as long as they’re available, you can make the booking as early (or late) as you like. However, we recommend booking as early as possible to ensure you get the room you want and the full variety of food that you require.

Is your food menu customisable?
Of course! Just like our facilities, you can tailor your event’s catering with a variety of options to meet your needs. Our range of breakfast and lunch options mean you have plenty to choose from no matter the time of day.

What if I don’t know how to use the technology in your conference rooms?
Don’t worry – when we get you set up in the venue, we’ll run you through everything you need to know about our facilities and how to get the most out of them. Our events coordinator will be on-hand throughout your event so if you’re ever unsure about anything, just ask!

Do your rooms provide natural light?
Yes – when the conference centre was built, one of our top priorities was a focus on a light and airy environment for our guests. By maximising natural light, our spaces are given a delightfully open and uplifting feeling to complement the mood of your conference.
