Musculoskeletal health workshops for small and medium sized enterprises in Cornwall

We know the challenges of micro and small businesses are very different to large organisations who have in-house support for occupational health and we want to know how we can help you provide a workplace that:

  • Takes preventative action.
  • Promotes physical health.
  • Encourages and supports early intervention for MSK problems.
  • Accommodates effective rehabilitation and return to work.
  • Supports people to enable them to stay in work with everyone knowing what they can and should be doing to achieve this

We want to:

  • Understand the MSK health problems in your workplace
  • Understand the challenges for small businesses to support MSK health
  • Find achievable solutions for your MSK health problems
  • Know what support you need to implement these solutions

At the end of the session you will understand the challenges and risks you have in your organisation and understand how you can proactively support MSK health and people who have MSK problems to reduce the impact they have on your business.
