Overview of Event Spaces

Venton’s event spaces are made up of four meeting rooms, each named after iconic Cornish locations: Harlyn, Sennen, Durgan and Kynance
For convenience and to create the ideal space for your event, Harlyn and Sennen can be combined into a up to 30-person space, similarly, Durgan and Kynance can be joined to make a massive up to 120-person space by rolling away the dividing wall, creating Venton Conference Centre’s largest possible venue.

  • The Harlyn room accommodates 10 seats (dependent on layout), ideal for small meetings, featuring a smart interactive display for seamless presentations. Harlyn also boasts the Jabra Conference Calling facility, enabling hybrid events, interviews and meetings through Zoom or Teams.
  • Sennen, a spacious 20-seat room (dependent on layout), is perfect for medium meetings, offering various configurations such as boardroom, classroom, and horseshoe layouts. Online meetings over Zoom/Teams can also be hosted from Sennen via the Logitech Conference Calling System.
  • Kynance, Venton’s largest standalone space, seats up to 60 and is highly versatile, accommodating classroom, boardroom, theatre, and cabaret configurations. It can be segmented for breakout sessions while maintaining excellent visibility.
  • Durgan, an up to 40-seat conference room, allows flexible configurations such as classroom, boardroom, cabaret, and theatre modes.
